- Protests

A protest committee shall be formed comprising of the team captains and the round organiser.

In the event of a protest being lodged

The protest should be lodged before the next days briefing unless the alleged infringement is on the final day's flying when it should be lodged by the reporting in time of that day as briefed by the round organiser that morning.

The team lodging the protest will put a deposit of £10 with the round organiser which shall be refunded on the occasion of the protest being upheld.

The protesting team shall outline the protest via their team captain to the committee who will come to a decision by consensus of the remaining captains. In the event of a tie, the round organiser has casting vote.

In the event of a successful protest

If the protest is against the round organiser then the scoring shall be modified accordingly but only with the agreement of the majority of the team captains.

If the protest is against a pilot or team then the offending pilot of team's scores will be voided. No other pilot's score may be substituted.

The £10 will be put into the BCC's accounts.
