• To collate results from the rounds, and inform finalists of results.

• To be an arbiter in the event of disputes between clubs.

• To send completed articles from the website to Skywings for publication along with current league table, and to sponsors.

• To find sponsors and get money or prizes from them.

• To maintain records of expenditure and income, and to administer entry fees and sponsorship.

• To keep monthly bank statements.

• To arrange date and site for the final.

• To organise the entertainment and/or barbeque at the finals.

• To be responsible for submitting suitable accounts for auditing to the BHPA treasurer as required.
